Employability and Employment Centre (E2C) is the first autism-focused centre in Singapore that provides a structured programme for job training and job placement for youths and adults on the autism spectrum aged 16 and above. The programme offers job assessment, employability training, job placement and job support services.
The centre also offers services for employers who are interested in hiring people on the spectrum in their companies. It helps employers redesign jobs to fit the strengths of potential employees and provides support to employers in the hiring process.
